What we help with

If it plugs in, connects, or beeps at you, we can help.

Bring us the problem in your own words. We'll sort it out, show you what we did, and leave things simpler than we found them.

Computers & laptops

Slow startups, updates, new-computer setup, and moving your files from the old one.

Phones & tablets

Setup, storage clean-up, text sizes you can read, and getting apps to behave.

Wi‑Fi & internet

Dead spots, dropped connections, router setup, and a password you'll actually remember.

Scams & viruses

Pop-ups, suspicious emails, and cleanup after a "tech support" call that didn't feel right.

Printers & devices

Printers, scanners, smart speakers, doorbells and cameras — connected and working together.

TV & streaming

Smart TVs, streaming apps, and remotes simplified so movie night just works.

Photos, backups & passwords

Keep your photos safe, set up backups that run themselves, and organize your passwords.

One-on-one lessons

Learn at your own pace — email, video calls, online banking basics, whatever you want to master.

How it works

Three easy steps. No tech talk required.

  1. Tell us what's going on

Describe the problem however you'd put it. "The printer hates me" is a perfectly good start.

  2. We fix it together

In person or over a secure screen-share you approve and can end at any time. We explain each step as we go.

  3. You stay confident

You get simple notes on what changed and how to handle it next time — so the fix sticks.

Scam safety

Three rules that stop most tech scams.

Scammers count on surprise and urgency. Keep these in mind and you're already ahead.

Real companies don't call first

Microsoft, Apple, your bank and your internet provider won't phone out of the blue about a virus. Hang up.

Never give remote access to a stranger

If someone contacted you and asks to "connect to your computer," that's the scam. Close it and call someone you trust.

Gift cards mean it's a scam

No legitimate company or agency asks you to pay with gift cards, wire transfers or crypto. Ever.

Questions

Good questions, straight answers.

Can you help remotely, or do you come to me?

Both. Many problems can be solved over a secure screen-share that you start, watch, and can end at any time. If something needs hands-on help, we'll set up a visit.

I don't even know how to describe the problem. Is that okay?

Absolutely. Tell us what you were trying to do and what happened instead. A photo of the screen helps, but it isn't required.

Will you try to sell me new equipment?

No. We start by getting what you already have working. If something truly needs replacing, we'll explain your options plainly and let you decide.

What about my private information?

We only look at what's needed to fix the problem, we never ask for your passwords to be written down or sent by email, and we show you how to change anything we touched.
